The wait is finally over! They did it! It is here!
The culinary team of Crudessence, our premier raw food restuarant/catering business here in Montreal, has finally put their most guarded recipes in a book for the delight of all raw food lovers out there. There are just too many favorites to mention here that I have become to adore as a result of my visits to their restaurants.
To celebrate this significant mile stone, Crudessence is hosting a book launch party on September 12th at their restaureant in the heart of donwtown (2157, rue Mackay) and you are all invited! There will be music, raw food hors d'oeuvres and you will have a chance to get your books signed as well! Make sure you arrive early to mingle, to meet and to have a blast at this lively happy hour (happening from 5pm-7pm).
