Raw food recipe- 3 ingredients or less
It is mango season and I could not be happier!!! Brazilian mangoes, Alpohonso, honey sweet and of course, how can we forget the Haitian ones!They are now in abundance in every market in Montreal, so don't waste another minute, stock up on this juicy goodness and enjoy it in your salads, in your smoothies or on its own for breakfast.
Try this amazing recipe that will truly delight your taste buds and satisfy your thirst on a hot summer night or actually, any time of the day.

Simply Delicious Mango Salad
Ingredients:
-ripe mangos
- celery
Wash and cut celery into small pieces and mix with cubed mangoes,
that is it!!!! Satisfying, nourishing....
And for a version of the same salad, try this: add some other fruits, like pomegranate seeds or any other berries. This gives a beautiful contrast in colour and creates an explosion of taste!!
This is exactly what I broke my last juice feast with and it was simply fabulous!
