How I served 7000 smoothies in 3 days!!
This year's edition of Expo Manger Santé et Vivre Vert will open its doors this week, on March 18th at the Palais des Congrés in downtown Montréal. As one of the premier exhibitions in the health industry, this is truly an event not to be missed! There are hundreds of new products introduced each year by companies from Montreal and outside of Quebec as well. Visitors can attend cooking presentations and conferences for free on two different stages.
Raw in Montréal was present at last year's expo,and it was an amazning experience! We spent 3 days blending up our delicious green smoothies and all in all served 7000 samples, quite an accomplishment if I might say! We could hardly keep up with the crowd. The feedback was amazing, everyone loved our smoothies and we had a blast making them! We had a draw as well and one lucky visitor walked away with a brand new Blendtec blender!
This year I decided to volunteer and offer my time to the Association Manger Santé Bio. I am looking forward to seeing you there! If you see me at the booth talking to people or helping out with the compost at the Expo café, make sure you come up and say hi to me!
